With scorching temperature lasting over the next few days, it is important to stay hydrated. I always count on coconut water to keep me hydrated. I found this easy-to-make recipe which is gluten free, dairy and lactose free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
- 120 ml coconut water
- 60 ml orange juice
- 165 g frozen mangoes
- 75 g frozen strawberries
- 120 g ice cubes
- Add coconut water, orange juice, mango chunks and strawberries to blender container.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes; cover and blend until slushy.
- Chilled and serve.
