Recipes: Mango Coconut Water Smoothies

With scorching temperature lasting over the next few days, it is important to stay hydrated. I always count on coconut water to keep me hydrated. I found this easy-to-make recipe which is gluten free, dairy and lactose free, and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml coconut water
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 165 g frozen mangoes
  • 75 g frozen strawberries
  • 120 g ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add coconut water, orange juice, mango chunks and strawberries to blender container.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes; cover and blend until slushy.
  4. Chilled and serve.
