I found this recipe on the Internet which will be a good post workout or exercise drink. It contains coconut water which can help you to hydrate quicker and gives you all the vitamins and nutrients it has.
Note that the following recipes have been slightly modified.
- 225 mL of coconut water – I prefer to use Cocobella 100% Natural Coconut Water
- 1 banana
- 4 slices of chocolate (dark or milk)
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- Top off with a slice of banana and raw hemp seeds if you wish.
