I found another coconut inspired recipe and I think it is a quick and easy meal to make so I decide to share it with you all here.
- 4 slices of whole-grain bread
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- Red-pepper flakes
- A squeeze of lemon
Toast bread slices, and spread each with coconut oil.
Top with avocado, and season with salt and red-pepper flakes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
It is a two-step simple and easy recipe. If you are gluten intolerant, simply replace whole-grain bread with gluten free bread. If you cannot find avocado in your supermarket, you can replace it with guacamole. This meal is also vegetarian and vegan.
