Recipes: Avocado Coconut Toast

I found another coconut inspired recipe and I think it is a quick and easy meal to make so I decide to share it with you all here.


  • 4 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • Salt
  • Red-pepper flakes
  • A squeeze of lemon


  1. Toast bread slices, and spread each with coconut oil.

  2. Top with avocado, and season with salt and red-pepper flakes. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.

It is a two-step simple and easy recipe. If you are gluten intolerant, simply replace whole-grain bread with gluten free bread. If you cannot find avocado in your supermarket, you can replace it with guacamole. This meal is also vegetarian and vegan.
