This Workout Wednesday, I’ll like to discuss about the classic exercise – push up! When I was in high school, I hated push ups so much and I could not do a proper push up until I was 20! My point here is that your past does not matter, as long as you set your mindset right and have the determination, you can do it. Now, push up is one of my favourite exercises just because it is a general good upper body conditioning exercise and you can do it anytime anywhere even you do not have access to the gym.
