Have fun in the kitchen. I cannot wait to try this recipe myself too!

Ingredients

6 eggs
ยฝ cup (125ml) skim milk
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
Cooking oil spray, for greasing
125g shaved lean leg ham, coarsely chopped
2 small bunches asparagus, halved diagonally
2 Tbsp small dill sprigs
125g extra light cream cheese

Method

1. Whisk eggs and milk together in a large jug. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Lightly spray a 22cm (base measurement) ovenproof frying pan with oil and heat over a medium heat. Add ham and asparagus and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until asparagus is almost tender. Stir in ยฝ the dill.

3. Pour over egg mixture, tilting pan so mixture runs under ham mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes or until starting to set. Dollop over small spoonfuls of cream cheese.

4. Preheat grill to high. Put pan under grill for 5 minutes or until frittata is just set. Set aside for 2 minutes. Top with remaining dill, cut into wedges and serve.
